HOUSING - Projects for Housing Associations and others, ranging in size from 4 to 100 units, often developed on challenging sites and increasingly incorporating sustainable initiatives.

EDUCATION - School Extension and refurbishment projects including new Sports Halls and Libraries, 100+ in the last eight years, with values ranging from £100,000 to £1,500,000, and projects for Sixth Form Colleges and York University.

HEALTH FACILITIES - Projects on behalf of Health Authorities, Doctors surgeries (40+ new surgeries and alterations to surgeries) and, more recently, Primary Care Centres.
MUSEUM PROJECTS - Extensions and redevelopments on behalf of the National Railway Museum over the last fifteen years and, currently, a re-development project on behalf of the Bowes Museum, comprising major re-roofing, internal alterations and refurbishment and new exhibition galleries.

RESTORATION AND CONSERVATION WORKS - The Practice has traditionally provided services for projects on behalf of English Heritage, The National Trust, Churches, Cathedrals and Private Estates. The range of works includes re-roofing, stonework repairs, consolidation of Ancient Monuments and similar structures and re-development of disused/neglected buildings.

OTHER PROJECTS - Include a wide variety of Railway Projects, Station Redevelopments, Major Private Houses, Theatre Restoration and Development, Industrial Units and Visitor Centres.
